Minimum Qualifications
- Track record of building and managing high-performance software engineering teams.
- Strong sense of ownership of the development process and the will to drive the team toward constant code, application and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business and technical teams.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills - Lead by example to empower and challenge the team to deliver their best.
- Experiencing architecting, building and maintaining complex, multi-component applications.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing data governance software or integrating systems with a data governance system.
- Experience working with large data collection and processing systems.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $208,300 and $313,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
