As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement capacity models for investments in advanced manufacturing technologies
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
- Managing projects from ideation to implementation.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 5 + years of experience in manufacturing for aerospace or similar field
- 2+ years of experience in managing projects through ideation and technical implementation
- 1+ years of manufacturing floor support, including troubleshooting equipment like automation, torque tools and fixtures.
