This unique role will focus on deep-diving into data, translation of business problems into requirements for analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, process automation and modelling initiatives in AMZL JP.Key job responsibilities
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable reports/dashboards.
Translate data into actionable insights for S&OP
Vol planning
Develop requirements for business initiatives.Identify processes to automate and scale ad-hoc requests and analyses.Solve complex problems by building effective models.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
Write strategy papers to support executive decision-making.
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with SQL
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience or 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Business level English
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
