Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience with ML/AI algorithms and tools, deep learning or other AI/ML modeling.
- 5 years of team management experience or leadership experience.
- Experience with change management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in machine learning or computer vision (e.g., deep neural networks, evaluation and metrics, probabilistic graphical models, semi-supervised learning, etc.).
- Experience in thought leadership and structured problem-solving, with the ability to work on operational initiatives.
- Experience in Generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills within the Machine Learning and AI domain.
