• Proven track record of delivering impact in a product marketing role - including demonstrable expertise in supporting product and marketing strategy development and cross-functional execution
• Customer obsessed and tenacious about understanding customer needs, behaviours and attitudes to uncover the biggest customer problems to solve
• Experience in creating a vision and strategy to deliver positive differentiation, high customer satisfaction and business growth
• Strong track record of leadership and influencing skills in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment
• Results-oriented mindset with strong prioritisation skills and ability to make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to the highest impact near term and long term
• Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating the growth trajectory of products and customer propositions
• Thrives in ambiguity and rapidly changing (and growing) business environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills – across all levels
• Comfortable with marketing math; marketing sizing, business case development, CAC, LTV etc.
• High energy and positive mindset with a "can do," solution-oriented attitude
• Background in tech is must, experience in SaaS and with SMB market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing
