Your role:

• Manage pilot line(s) inventory, training, metric reporting, and staff to support development projects

• Provide feedback on the manufacturability of the design

• Oversee implementation of new processes

• Support project transfers from pilot to production

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing within a regulated field with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

• Your skills include ability to work cross functionally with multiple project teams, previous experience supervising a production or pilot line

• You have a Bachelor’s degree

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

• You’re are self-motivated and enjoy the challenge of running a line while the product is still in development
