Key Account Specialist, IATD Transportation Market (m/f/*)
As a Key Account Specialist
Here, you will make an impact by:
Managing a defined set of Key Accounts (OEMs and Tiers) in Turkey Transportation Market by implementing corporate initiatives and positioning 3M as the preferred industrial adhesives and tapes partner
Growing industrial adhesives and tapes business with the assigned accounts above market by selling the 3M brand and technologies and meeting sales target
Create and execute a business plan by implementing the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division Strategy.
Strengthening customer relationships with key accounts, distributors, and converters in Turkey
Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Technical Team, Marketing, EMEA Key Account Team) to identify and win new projects
Establishing the right 3M IATD solutions and the path to success based on customer engagement, insights and deep process understanding
Make use of our CRM system to plan, manage and document your sales activities
Support being part of the growing IATDs Sales team, sharing success and learning from each other
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher education (preferred engineering)
Proven experience in sales and key account management experience
Previous experience in Transportation Market (e.g. Automotive, Aerospace, Bus or Truck) is preferred

Excellent team players to collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders to drive solution to customers
Advanced communication and prioritization skills with the ability to drive engagement/lead relationships and collaboration on multiple levels across many organizations
Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment/ portfolio
Experience of using CRM systems to plan, manage and document sales activities
Willing to travel
English language capabilities
