Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in a systems design/development, hardware product design/development, or manufacturing environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvements, using analytical and communication/facilitation skills and the ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels.
- Ability to identify and implement processes, manage large, complex, strategic, and operational initiatives, shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking, and customize communications based on the audience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and business judgment, and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
