Consulting - Technology Consulting - SNOW BPM (ServiceNow) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1549815), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Boston, MA.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management or a related field and 5 years of work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management or a related field and 4 years of work experience.Must have 2 years of consulting experience in a professional services firm.Must have 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following:
•Consulting experience in technology strategy and management;
•IT Transformation including ServiceNow Systems Implementation;
•IT and enterprise Service Management design;
•Workflow design, configuration and testing on platforms including ServiceNow and/or similar; or
•Providing consulting services to enterprises in creating value, rationalizing costs, and managing IT risks and effectiveness.Must have 3 years of experience in 1 of the following:
•Implementing technology strategy and cost optimization solutions using leading practices related to people, processes, and technology;
•Identifying cost saving opportunities and providing comprehensive recommendations for performance improvement;
•ServiceNow Systems Implementation;
•Business and technical requirements gathering;
•Technical Design, Configuration and Testing; or
•Enabling IT and enterprise Service Management workflows.Must have 2 years of experience leading teams of consulting professionals.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
