What you'll do...

Walmart’s Global Sourcing Technology team is responsible for building and maintaining software that enables Walmart to source the best quality products at the lowest possible price and pass those savings to our customers so they can save money and live better. Walmart is investing in transforming the Global Sourcing business by enhancing the user experience with the latest technology, and we are looking for talented individuals who can use their engineering and leadership skills to help our teams solve complex problems.

  • Drive the Next Generation Walmart Products : Design, code, build, test, and deploy highly scalable and robust cloud-based intelligent solutions.
  • Engineering Excellence : Utilize your technical skills to design and develop high-performing, scalable solutions that serve millions of Walmart customers.
  • Individual Contributor : Design, develop, implement, and document to produce the highest standard of deliverables as an individual contributor.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Interact with Walmart’s cross-functional engineering teams, such as cloud, platform, analytics, etc., across geographies to leverage technical expertise and adhere to established practices for delivering solutions that meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) standards within established architectural guidelines.
  • Product Management Engagement : Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set priorities, and deliver exceptional products.



What you'll bring:

  • Experience : 8 months to 1.5 years of core software product development experience.
  • Passion for Technology : A deep interest and passion for technology, with a love for writing and owning code.
  • Problem Solving and Communication : Strong problem-solving, analytic, decision-making, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and Motivated : Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven agile environment with varied responsibilities.
  • Innovation : Ability to set up new processes and bring an innovative mindset to drive the team.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
