Senior consultant with expertise in Salesforce's Marketing Cloud tool, responsible for designing the days for each campaign, setting checkpoints, and making adjustments based on the results obtained.
- Automation and advanced segmentation to personalize the customer experience.
- Improved email deliverability (IP warming, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Metrics analysis and reporting with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama).
- Compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Mail Studio: Email creation and personalization with AMPScript and Dynamic Content.
- Journey Builder: Customer journey automation based on data and triggers.
- Automation Studio: Process scheduling such as data import, segmentation, and sending.
- Data Extensions & SQL: Creation and management of relational databases within SFMC.
- Contact Builder: Data modeling and relationships between data extensions.
- Cloud Pages & Landing Pages: Creation of web pages and forms with HTML, CSS, and AMPScript.
- Mobile Studio: Configuration of SMS and push notifications.
- Advertising Studio: Social media integrations and custom audiences.
