EY Poland acts as a Center of Excellence (CoE) in cyber security services for industrial Clients across EMEIA region. The CoE supports global Clients from such sectors as energy, automotive, life science, mines and metal on every stage of security transformation – from assessment and identification, through design of target security architecture, end-2-end implementation, up to transition to security operations.

The role of the CoE is also to develop methods, approaches and tools utilized by other EY teams in EMEIA regions.

We are seeking a Senior Manager role in Identity and Access Management (IAM) competence. The role would be responsible to lead group of experts dedicated to support Clients in design and deployment of IAM processes and solutions in their industrial networks. Other tasks include development of required solutions and driving go to market and business development activities. The role would be located in Poland, but would support Clients and other EY firms across EMEIA region, giving an opportunity to work in multinational and multicultural environment for some of the largest EY Clients.

Your key responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for further development of CoE expertise in IAM for industrial environments: lead development of EY services and solutions.
  • Lead and further develop IAM team dedicated to Clients operating industrial networks. Play an active role in counselling and mentoring junior consultants within the firm.
  • Support cyber security proposals. Lead development of proposals for IAM services.
  • Act as a Client facing lead on the large Client engagements. Identify Clients problems prepare and present propositions for the solutions.
  • Effectively lead and motivate client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in the assessment, design, and implementation of IAM solutions
  • Consistently deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Maintain and drive execution of go to market plan for IAM competence in CoE
  • Cooperate with EY cyber leaders across EMEIA region in their business development activities and larger Client pursuits
  • Work with leading providers of IAM technical solutions on partnerships with EY

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of IAM related work experience;
  • An experience in team management
  • Must have experience in one of the following:
    • user provisioning and identity management solutions including design or implementation of user provisioning technologies (such as SailPoint, Oracle, RSA, CA, IBM, Saviynt);
    • Privileged Access Management solutions design and implementation (such as CyberArk)
  • An understanding of access control concepts including directory services, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, PKI
  • Experience in process definition, workflow design, and process mapping
  • Strong technical skills in a broad range of operating systems and databases
  • A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 25%

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Nice to have experience in one or more of the following:
  • Role-based access control including design and development of user access roles;
  • Directory services products including design or implementation (such as radiant logic)
  • Web access control solutions including design and implementation of products (such as rsa, ca, ping identity);
  • Analysis of segregation of duties
