Act as a liaison between Enterprise Resilience and Technology teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and providing resilience expertise
Prepare regular update materials for senior leadership
Actively share knowledge and collaborate with team members
Actively engage with Technology leaders to promote consensus and drive organizational alignment
Support Technology Resilience and Recovery Coordination activities across various functional areas
Analyze data, document, and document process flows
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications:
8-12 years of experience in Business Continuity,Enterprise/OperationalResiliency, or Risk management
Excellent communication competence
Strong data analysis skills (e.g., Excel 365 Power User, Power Query, Microsoft Access, Knime Analytics Platform is a plus)
Prompt engineering skills and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools
Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Teams
Great attention to detail, ability to understand the big picture and context
Proactive and able to manage workload independently while following direction across multiple working groups
Project management, data analysis, and reporting skills, including familiarity with supporting technologies, or workflow mapping (applications, reporting tools, data presentation)
