Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with network infrastructure operations or builds (e.g., optical transport/networking, dark fibre, and deployment planning).
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in management of projects that require the deployment of terrestrial or subsea long haul fiber optic network infrastructure engineering design and construction projects.
- Ability to manage project priorities and technical resources and have relationships with multiple partner-teams, directors, or vendors.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a data driven investigative approach towards solving complex challenges.
