- Understand processes across different regions to enhance quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and address quality issues.
- Take complete ownership of the QA process, including monitoring and improving agent performance.
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives to relevant teams and leadership.
