Reporting to the Information Technology Supervisor, Analyst, Network & Telecom role
will be responsible to provide Mobile Services Support and Vendor Management.
What a typical day looks like:
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with client(s). The candidate for this position will provide first level support to WW Mobile Services Users.
Manage international vendors such as AT&T, Verizon, Rogers, Telcel and T-Mobile.
Oversee all technical aspects of client(s) and their projects.
Become familiar with and demonstrate AIM (application implementation methodologies) concepts, practices, and procedures.
Demonstrate ability to work with technologies, different platforms and applications.
Evaluate client(s) projects and offer solutions to improve performance.
Schedule must be flexible and availability during the holidays might be required.
Ability to elaborate reporting and analysis of data as well.
Accessible, approachable, and responsive to client requests.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in help desk and use of ticketing platforms with mobile phone-related issues.
Advanced English.
BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of billing processes.
Familiarity with audit procedures.
Experience in customer and end-user support.
Excel intermediate
Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems.
