Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation Governance : Oversee and manage the processes related to cost recovery, ensuring compliance with standards operating procedure.
- Invoicing Accuracy : Develop and implement controls to ensure accurate invoicing across hourly, FTE, and CPD models.
- Cost and FTE Tracking : Prepare detailed summaries and track cost and FTEs for both global and regional stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to provide insights and updates on cost and FTEs and work with cross-functional teams to streamline the invoicing process and address any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and perform analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue management, invoicing, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
- Excellent Analytical and presentation skills
- Good in Business acumen
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in Business operations, administrative role and have worked in a professional business environment
