Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical services powering Video Monitoring's event processing and agent investigation workflows with sub-two-second response timesCollaborate with Product Management, GTM stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous customer requirements into concrete technical solutionsOwn long-term technical direction for VM platform evolution from human-centered monitoring to AI-agent based automated detection while maintaining human oversightIdentify and address systemic technical issues limiting scalability and time-to-market through GenAI adoption and evangelizationA day in the life

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
