You will report directly to our VP of Supply Chain andyou'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial performance andoptimize supply chain operations within the Industrial Automation businessunit. By providing financial guidance and support, you will contribute toimproving business performance and profitability. Your strategicdecision-making and financial analysis skills will help identify cost-savingopportunities and drive process improvements within the supply chain, resultingin increased cost efficiency and enhanced overall supply chain effectiveness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance teamwithin the Industrial Automation business unit, providing financial guidanceand support to drive business performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, andprocedures to optimize supply chain operations and improve cost efficiencywithin the Industrial Automation business unit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within theIndustrial Automation business unit to drive process improvements, identifycost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to supportdecision-making and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performancewithin the Industrial Automation business unit.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingprocesses for the Integrated Supply Chain organization within the IndustrialAutomation business unit.
• Partner with senior leadership within the IndustrialAutomation business unit to develop and execute strategic initiatives toenhance supply chain effectiveness and drive business growth.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain finance principles, costaccounting, and financial analysis.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance andprocess improvements in a complex, global organization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relatedfield.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire andmotivate a team.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change andinnovation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial management expertise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
