How you’ll spend your day
  • Plan calls schedule to cover most practitioners in responsible area with efficient time allocation for supervisor’s approval

  • Develop new accounts actively; follow up with existing accounts on regular basis; build up good relations and rapport with doctors

  • Achieve and exceed sales target as set by direct superior

  • Collect and share market intelligence on activities and information about competitive products, including promotional activity, product launch, price preparation and etc

  • Arrange and participate in medical meetings, health seminars and other related promotional activities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare market as well as local patient trends

  • Ensure all activities comply with all regulations in Hong Kong and Company standards

Your experience and qualifications
  • Minimum 2 year experience, preferably in sales

  • Field experience in pharmaceuticals is preferred

  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

  • Good selling skills and product knowledge

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good networking with healthcare professionals and others

  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry

  • Positive mind-set and self-motivated

  • Enthusiasm, team spirit and result-oriented

  • Proactive

  • Energetic and passionate

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
