A multi-faced position combining demand planning, material change management, and master scheduling responsibilities, working closely with global headquarters and cross-functional teams.
Job DescriptionKey Areas of Responsibility:
Master Scheduler
- Manage and deploy production forecasts from global headquarters
- Break down quarterly forecasts to weekly level based on production capacity
- Maintain forecast data in ERP system
- Create planning baseline for procurement and logistics
Materials Change Coordinator
- Lead supply chain activities for Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
- Coordinate Phase In/Phase Out activities to mitigate obsolescence
- Manage product lifecycle including part creation and structuring
- Interface with Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing, and Service teams
MRP Infrastructure Maintenance
- Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Ensure accuracy of MRP system settings and structures
- Support system integrity for production planning
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Materials Replenishment Planning (MRP)
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel (VBA advantage)
- Proven experience in Change Management (ECO/ECR/ECN)
- Experience in forecasting and production planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- High attention to detail
- Fluent English
