Job Area:
The Business Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing operations for the HWE IT with a focus on Compute. This position drives data-driven decision-making, supply demand optimization, and collaboration across departments to support HWE IT business management and growth. The responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Compute BU Product Managers, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to manage supply and demand effectively.
Understanding Compute business strategies related to customer/product planning and capacity forecasting.
Driving Forecasting and Design Win Tracking.
Facilitating cross-functional team meetings to align stakeholders on New Product Introduction plans, manufacturing capacity, and supply execution.
Coordinating closely with BU Operations New Product Introduction, Forecasting, and Sustaining Lifecycle Management teams.
Serving as the point of contact for customer escalations and resolution from a business operations perspective by working with cross-functional team
Providing recommendations for process improvements and operational decisions.
Identify, monitoring and addressing risks, demand shifts, and opportunities based on a deep understanding of the business and available data.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 9+ years of business operations or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field 7+ years business operations or related experience.
5+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
7+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization
7+ years of experience managing multiple high visibility, strategic and complex projects with minimal supervision
7+ years in using data and analytics to solve problems
7+ yearsexperience in Compute industry is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of related business process analysis experience.
