What you will do:

  • Become a subject matter expert on the day-to-day responsibilities of treasury needs in the region
  • Support cash management, ICF process, FX, bank solutions & relationship management including cash concentration, investments, develop and maintain funding & liquidity structures and drive yield optimization exercise
  • Provide Internal business partners with services and tailored solutions to mitigate risk in trade finance transactions, propose structures solutions financing and optimize external credit lines. The four main product groups are Bank Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit, Surety Bonds and Parent Company Guarantees.
  • Manage and Maintain Bank Trade Finance Credit Lines; Negotiate bank lines and portfolio pricing
  • Manage service level issues, escalations with key stakeholders including banking partners
  • Support business commercial deals by providing advisory on treasury related topics
  • Understand emerging and regulated markets in the region and identify appropriate treasury service offering & solutions.
  • Partner closely with other functional teams within or outside treasury to support regional treasury processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Manage / support other key strategic projects and process changes in line with the ongoing priorities of the company
  • Develop, maintain and update Senior Leadership on operational reporting, including regional dashboard and metrics
  • Support other regional treasury teams as needed.
  • Provide backup coverage for other regional treasury teams for planned/unplanned absences, holiday coverage or outages

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics related area. (Title degree is a must)
  • At least 4 years of financial services experience, and/or treasury experience
  • Broad understanding of Cash Management and other core treasury functions
  • Fluent in English and additional languages to cover LATAM is preferable (Fluent English is a must)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver desired outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate Leadership skills and strong influencing ability.
  • Effective interpersonal / communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, and collaboratively across functions, businesses and regions.
