Youwill report directly to our External Financial Reporting Director and you’llwork out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.This individual will be a contributing team member in the CorporateController’s organization. The Manager, External Reporting – AerospaceTechnologies role provides an opportunity to gain broad exposure throughinteraction with various Corporate Functions, as well as each of the StrategicBusiness Groups (SBGs). In this role you will leverage your knowledge of U.S.GAAP accounting and SEC reporting requirements in working on external financialreporting and various technical accounting matters. This role will consult withcorporate functions and SBG leadership by leading discussions or providingconsultation on various SEC and technical accounting matters.

• Independently complete areas of theForm 10-Q and 10-K filings, including various consolidated financial statementsand footnote disclosures.
• Review datasubmitted by corporate functions and Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) forreasonableness, performing independent analytical analysis, and proactivelyidentifying inconsistencies and leading follow-up discussions.
• Monitor andresearch new GAAP and SEC pronouncements, perform assessments of their impactand assist in the implementation of new accounting pronouncements in thefinancial reporting process.
• Assesscomparability of Honeywell’s SEC filings by performing reviews of peer filings,particularly in support of new business transactions or changes in guidance.
• Work cross-functionally with otherdepartments, including Business Analysis & Planning, Investor Relations,Treasury and Legal.
• Implement process improvement initiatives,including driving the automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiencyand accuracy, to streamline the external reporting process and provide timelyand accurate information.
• Work collaboratively with external auditors,responding to interim review and year-end audit requests.
• Support Investor Relations in thepreparation for quarterly press releases and annual outlook presentation byensuring accurate, consistent, and transparent disclosures.
• Assist with special projects, asassigned.
• Support the completion of monthly andquarterly consolidation, including processing eliminating and top-side entriesin Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Assist with maintenance of HFM reportingstructure and statistical measurement accounts.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of accountingexperience
• Experience in Big 4 publicaccounting firm with service to mid or large cap public companies or similarrole in Corporate Controllers organization of a Fortune 500 Company
• Strong knowledge and experience with U.S. GAAP and SEC Reporting.
• Experience with financial andreporting systems preferred (HFM, Workiva)
• Ability to viewcomplex/conflicting data, identify issues and propose solutions/alternatives.
• Ability to manage multiplepriorities and drive process improvement.
• Able to work both independentlyand as a team member.
• Strong oral and writtencommunication skills.
