Job Description:Sr. QA

includes Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) and Securities Services. TTS provides an integrated suite of innovative and tailored cash management and trade finance services to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations. Securities Services provides cross-border support for clients with extensive on-the-ground local market expertise, innovative post-trade technologies, customized data solutions and a wide range of securities services solutions that can be tailored to meet clients’ needs.

This is a Sr. QA position for the Issuer application team to perform tests on innovative solutions that not only meet functionality requirements but also meet performance, scalability and reliability requirements while adhering to development and delivery schedules, QA principles and quality goals. The ideal candidate should be very hands-on in technical and have very good communication skill to collaborate with global product manager, business users, global tech leads, QA team.

• This is a hands-on QA specialist position in a fast growing global business and development team
• This role will also own the project testing independently
• Drive team to follow best QA practices, such as automation, non-functional testing, and change management
• Successfully interpret and clarify business requirements, and translates the business requirements into specific case designs for very large complex solutions and integrating architecture
• Design and execute functional test cases in conjunction with other teams, including business and operational users
• Engage business sign-offs for functional requirements post QA testing
• Contribute ideas on technology and process to ensure the team is productive and successful

• Have a Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, EE, Mathematics or related majors
• With Financial knowledge or background is a plus

• Has good understanding in testing methodologies and SDLC practices
• Good requirement analysis and test case design/execution capability
• Expert in test cycles, test tools, and testing methodologies
• Strong oral/written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions among global BA team and business users
• Manage tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes
• Strong ability to participate in requirement review and inputs feedback
• Good team player in solid/matrix reporting organizations
• Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, take ownership and drive strategy
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Strong documentation skills

• 5+ years’ experience in software testing, investment banking software testing experience is preferred
• Detailed knowledge relational database and SQL
• Experience with scripting of any type (Java, Python, .Net, shell/Perl, etc.) and Linux.
• Experience in test automation skills with expertise in GUI automation (UFT, Selenium, etc.)
• Experience using Jira
• Experience using Bitbucket or equivalent code version control tool
• Experience in financial industry is a plus
