You’ll make an impact by:

  • Assist on Product Business reviews and glean insights from dashboards to inform the Product & Commercialization Team to action on.
  • Drive operational efficiencies across product and commercialization, engineering and business teams.
  • Develop clear and actionable project plans and operational processes that drive visibility across multiple initiatives to drive transparency and accountability across the organization.
  • Drive initiatives including identifying issues, creating hypotheses, executing the analysis, and translating data into meaningful insights and actions.
  • Partner on AES initiatives to drive up engagement and belong goals. Drive team morale.
  • Identify data gaps and scope out necessary dashboards.
  • Facilitate training, build training documentation and recruit speakers for Product Power Hour.
  • Work on special projects that drive efficiencies and simplifies processes.
  • Identify, and execute data sources to reveal new stories about how to improve operating efficiencies.
  • Analyze business metrics and make recommendations to drive WMC Initiatives
  • Support product teams with PRD and planning improvements.
  • Provide clear communications up and down to management and across teams through regular updates and KPIs.
  • Escalate and resolve issues as suitable.
  • Support development of executive level presentations and perspectives.
  • Support overall WMC team in managing day-to-day operating activities and special projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a Product Management, PMO, Site Merchandising, Merchandising, Operations and experience with driving large scale complex projects
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with an exceptional ability to communicate new ideas and findings.
  • Intellectually curious with proven communication practices and strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives under pressure, balancing multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Team player who is a self-starter and is able to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, and doing do so while driving multiple programs
  • Team member that can motivate teams, make tough decisions, break down silos, drive collaboration, owning end-to-end results, with focus on team and company results over individual wins.
  • Strong leadership skills and presence; can lead through influence without formal authority.
  • Must be a Skilled storyteller with Strong interpersonal skills and High EQ.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
