岗位职责：

1，对接客户，负责齿轮箱/减速箱产品结构方案的设计开发及产品可行性分析； 2，负责齿轮箱产品图纸设计；

3，负责器件原材料的原型，测试验证，对接供应商；

4，负责齿轮箱/减速箱结构设计相关技术文件的编制；

5，参与样件的试制、试验过程，解决过程中出现的 设计问题；

6，产品的降本优化。

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，机械或相关专业，5年以上传动机械设计经验；

2，熟悉传动结构件成型工艺；具有跟线能力并能独 立分析产品不良，推进问题的关闭;

3，对齿轮箱传动原理和设计参数非常熟练；能分析并推动齿轮箱运动问题、噪音问题、结构强度问题等问题的解决；

4，熟悉塑胶齿轮工艺以及精度控制方法；

5，具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和工作责任心。
