As a, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and direction for one of the most exciting areas in Technology today:
Primary responsibilities for this position include:
Data-driven analysis and insights generation on customer digital usage, for potential fraud-threat hunting
Establishing business case and presenting convincing recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Clearly articulate and advocate target persona, customer benefit, and value of features across teams
Own the end-to-end analytics agenda for Identity initiatives, machine learning use cases, and new products & experiences
Shape our strategic areas of focus oriented around the OKRs framework (which you will also shape)
Support leadership in developing white-space and innovative strategies by analyzing and sizing the opportunity, and building business cases andframeworks
Collaborate in talented & diverse cross-functional teams across Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Science, Product, Tech, and Design
Build relationships to grow professionally; lead other team members to be great analysts, with future opportunities for either people management, or continuing on the high-value individual contributor path, as desired by the
We’re excited about you because you’ll bring:
Investigative mindset and are naturally curious and stay on top of emerging digital trends and threats
Excitement for extracting and analyzing large volumes of data, and generating valuable and action-oriented insights. Experience designing and executing complex analysis with SQL and/or Python, and in using Tableau or other data viz tools
Comfort with ambiguity and enjoyment cutting through distractions to discern the core priorities and create structure where none exists
Strategic thinking and a desire to collaborate cross-functionally, to lead the way with sound business cases, and to help shape the agenda and strategy
Strong communication skills with an ability to turn analysis into actionable insight – in decks, dashboards, or Slack messages, and influencing the priorities of peers and leadership
Results-oriented mindset, deriving more energy from the value you create rather than the outputs you deliver
Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
5+ years of experience in analysis
2+ years of experience in financial services
1+ year of experience in consulting
1+ years of experience in data mining
1+ years of experience in insights generation
1+ year of experience in digital product (mobile and web) analysis
