SaT - TCF - Transaction Diligence:

Technical Excellence:

• Experience of performing live DDs (ESGDD, ESDD, EHS, ESIA) in past experience
• Sector knowledge - Prior experience and fluency of atleast 1-2 industry sectors
• Functional Area Expertise (FAE) - Technical knowledge of atleast 1 functional area where candidate is able to demonstrate their respective FAE while performing due diligences
• Content presenting skills;Candidate has past experience of report writing using SASB, IFC PS and regulatory requirements and is able to value add to the team
• Confidence in conducting site visits, Client discussions and taking charge of project responsibilities and time commitments.

Qualification:

• M.Tech (Engineering)/Masters/MBA in relevant subject area with degree in engineering OR science preferably from institutes academically known for their work in ESG.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in ESG site visits.
