General Responsibilities:

• Assisting high net worth clients in booking travel, ranging from commercial flights to luxury hotels, to vacation homes and car rentals

• Using Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers

• Working with suppliers around the world to ensure our clients are receiving the best rates, benefits, value, and service in the market

• Increasing commissions growth by implementing industry leading sales tactics

• Resolving customer complaints via excellent service and proper resolution

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

• At least 3 years experience booking and coordinating luxury travel

• At least 3 years experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

• 5+ years experience at a luxury travel agency

• 5+ years experience booking and coordinating luxury hotels, cruises, yachts and villas

• 5+ years of experience with Global Distribution System (GDS)

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
