- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with designing of experiments, quality testing, data analysis and program management.
- 3 years of experience in people management.

- Ability to build and scale operations in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Ability to be a team player who operates effectively and collaborates across multiple disciplines and cultures.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and leadership.
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
