Your Role and Responsibilities- Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to support business needs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and engaging manner.
- Assist in the development of data models and data warehousing solutions.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support decision-making processes by providing timely and relevant insights.
- Document reporting processes and methodologies for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Macro/VBA and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with data visualization tools.
