As ain, you’ll lead high-impact roadway and highway projects for Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and municipal clients. Beyond technical expertise, this role demands strong business acumen, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum value for our clients and organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive profitability – Oversee project budgets, optimize resources, and turn projects into high-value investments.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams – Manage engineers, planners, and designers to keep projects on schedule and aligned with business goals.
- Serve as Engineer of Record – Take ownership of designs, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and successful project delivery.
- Strategically manage project delivery – Ensure technical excellence while balancing cost efficiency and revenue generation.
- Strengthen client relationships – Actively engage with FDOT, municipal agencies, and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
- Implement innovative solutions – Drive alternative delivery methods that enhance efficiency and project success.
