In this role, you will:

• Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Salesforce admin certification, nCino Business Analyst certifications with experience building reporting and dashboards within salesforce environment
• Understanding of limitations within Salesforce reporting and be able to solution around limitations to deliver business outcomes
• Extensive commercial and/or large corporate lending experience across a broad spectrum of lending products, collateral types, and business segments
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial lending
• In depth knowledge of Salesforce and nCino platforms

Job Expectations:

• 5+ years experience supporting production incident management across scaled agile delivery model where multiple product teams executing against release train
• 5+ years experience testing user stories, writing test scripts, and/or conducting E2E regression testing on nCino or Salesforce
• Experience using SOQL or SQL and analyzing complex data sets
• Demonstrated ability to work in and respond to a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively partner/influence at the senior executive level
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and consult with key business partners and translate complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
• Ability to influence and build relationships with multiple stakeholder groups including lines of business, operations, technology, and external service providers
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred

• Wells Fargo nCino India product team needs 5 + years of experience nCino QA Lead at P4 grade, to support Business UAT and Production support both

• nCino certification like nCino 101, nCino 201, nCino Business Analyst, Salesforce Admin desirable
• Experience from Banking Industry desirable
• nCino Analysts, Business Analysts or nCino IT Devs or nCino QAs or Business UAT resources, with research mindset is preferred
• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
