As our next Sr. Launch Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and executing launch projects for automotive and industrial parts manufacturing. Your expertise in project management and manufacturing processes will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead multiple projects independently, collaborating with Program Managers, Business Units, and Customers.
Determine and manage capital expenditures to meet financial targets.
Oversee the transfer of production lines to the Zacatecas facility.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to complete projects on time and within budget.
Convert Engineering BOM to Manufacturing BOM and evaluate Product P&L.
Manage raw material orders and follow-ups with Procurement/Supply Chain teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in project/launch management.
At least 5 years of experience with injection molding and assembly processes for the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of APQP standards and manufacturing processes.
Fluent in English communication.
Willingness to relocate to Zacatecas, México.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience with specific software, tools, or methodologies relevant to the role.
