What you’ll do: Be the primary finance business partner to the marketing and customer success organizations, providing end-to-end support to leadership...

  • Own strategic planning for marketing and customer success (headcount, expenses) to support Armis’ rapid growth
  • Build and maintain financial models and analysis
  • Develop profitability & efficiency metrics to take analytics to the next level
  • Build dashboards and reports to deliver regular financial updates to leadership
  • Support MBO analytics: modeling impact of comp design changes, forecasting and calculating actual attainment, as well as providing post-mortem analysis
  • Partner with Sales finance to ensure alignment and best-in-class support across Armis GTM organizations
  • Ad hoc analysis

Requirements:

  • BS degree in finance or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, or consulting/banking in a SaaS or technology field
  • Proven track record of business partnership with executives and ability to communicate confidently and clearly
  • Able to pivot from spreadsheet to presentation: turn data into tangible business insights
  • Knowledge of the SaaS business model and its KPIs (ACV, ARR, retention metrics, etc.)
  • Experience with BI tools and ability to learn new skills quickly (Adaptive Insights, DOMO, Salesforce are a major plus)
  • Growth mindset and intellectual curiosity
  • Self-starter who can take minimal instructions and drive tasks/projects to completion
