Responsibilities:

  • You will work with the users to ensure data is accurate, complete and fit for purpose.
  • You will perform data analysis and help construct reports to answer business questions and reveal business insights.
  • You will guide changes to data capture processes and data transformation logic.
  • You will liaise with Front Office, Compliance and Technology teams.
  • You will perform impact analysis of data changes, then proactively communicate and train users on the changes.
  • You will assist in the definition, stewardship, quality control, metadata and access of data owned by respective domain.
  • You will help to triage and resolve data incidents for the domain across Capture, Transport and Use in a timely manner.
  • You will manage multiple reports simultaneously.

What we are looking for:

  • You’ll have the ability to manipulate data sets in Excel.
  • You will be an effective communicator, both written and verbally.
  • You will have experience of stakeholder management across multiple lines of business.
  • You will possess an analytical mindset.

Skills that will help:

  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are a keen advantage
  • Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus
