Duties: Deliver, simplify, and enable adoption of end-to-end service offerings that leverage core services, common processes, and solutions to increase efficiency, avoid duplication, and deliver financial, resource, and operating productivity within the department. Serve as the North America point of contact and represent the global team in time zone critical deliverables including project deliverables, technical reporting, financial reporting and query management, head count and system updates, and team escalations. Review processes, outline operational efficiencies, manage projects, and provide continual service improvements. Drive decisions on resource strategy and manage organizational health as well as develop KPIs to meet financial and headcount commitments. Responsible for program management, providing local and regional data requirements, and technical delivery of workforce processes. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and six 6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation handling business or technology management projects within the financial or information technology industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Utilizing Tableau, PowerBI, SAP, Workday, or MS Excel to create dynamic dashboards, perform in-depth data analysis, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable, data driven insights to stakeholders; Developing and maintaining visual analytics tools to track performance metrics, project outcomes, and present findings; Developing and executing change management plans including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities; Designing and implementing corporate governance-reporting structures to track progress and ensure continuous improvement; Implementing efficiency initiatives by analyzing progress against KPIs and operational efficiency metrics and presenting periodic reports to executive leadership; Applying Lean Management methodologies to streamline processes, foster innovation, and enhance organizational structure; and Creating and standardizing comprehensive governance models, building and monitoring KPIs, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. 40 hrs./wk. Wage Range: $177,000 to $188,500/year
