In this role you will create marketing and programming strategies and campaign execution that align with business goals and enhance the customer experience for Greater China.
  • 10+ years in consumer marketing with global brands within a multi-channel environment.
  • 8+ years building, developing, and leading high-performing GC and or APAC based marketing teams and at least 3+ including senior level individual contributors.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • 15+ years of experience in GC and APAC region in strategic marketing across the Retail sector.
  • Proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted projects, delivering on key metrics to drive impact for the company.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement and impact.
  • Strategically astute, with a creative approach to solving problems and creating memorable customer experiences and campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of geography dynamics, consumer behaviours and competitive marketing landscapes. Able to use these insights to make informed, strategic decisions, anticipate market trends and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Clear ability to navigate a matrixes organisation and influence decisions without direct authority.
  • Experience working across geography and WW teams with successful outcomes for both regional and WW goals.
  • An encouraging people leader who is able to recruit, empower and develop outstanding talent. A phenomenal teammate who leads from the front and will be the champion for doing what’s right.
