The Oracle Cloud HCM –Consultant plays an integral role in the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across the full suite of HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Labor. This position requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective HCM system configurations that drive operational efficiency and user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with HR and business stakeholders to understand functional requirements across all Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Configure and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM modules in alignment with business goals and HR strategies.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle HCM modules and other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct system validation, unit and user acceptance testing to ensure solution effectiveness and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud HCM modules based on end-user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Contribute to the development of functional documentation including configuration workbooks, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Support user training and change management efforts to enhance system adoption and operational readiness.
  • Stay abreast of Oracle Cloud HCM updates and continuously identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Proven involvement in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong functional knowledge and experience in configuring Core HR, Recruitment, and other modules such as Payroll, Talent, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
  • Understanding of HCM data structures, security configuration, roles, and access controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications in one or more modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll) are preferred.
  • Experience delivering end-user training and ongoing functional support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices, compliance standards, and localization requirements is advantageous.
