Responsibilities:
  • Manages a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time.
  • Engage & build relationships with stakeholders across key regional teams, specifically Liquidity Management, Business Treasury & Global Functions Technology.
  • Promotes good working relationships across a project, cultivating the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among all a project's stakeholders: its sponsors, those who will make use of the project's results, those who command the resources needed, and the project team members.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency (including new controls) and implement system and process enhancements in the spirit of continuous improvements.
  • Manage requirements within various workstreams working on shared goals to a production state, including development, configuration, controls, reporting and while providing direction and guidance to the technical/ implementation teams.
  • Understand business impact and priority through evaluation of complex business and system processes. Ability to oversee remediation and improvements of multiple liquidity management driven workstreams, such as through controls and data quality analysis.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Build relationships with global technical teams to help build technical solutions that align with the group’s vision and the business expectations. Provide direction and technical leadership on complex projects in all phases of the development and implementation process, while aligning with the internal guidelines and best practices within the organization.
  • Defines, teaches, and enforces the use of good project management practices such as techniques in resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored, and controlled.
  • Influence, Integrate and gel with a multi-disciplined and diverse global team
  • Owns project goals leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team.
  • Applies a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project participant progress against project goals.
  • Possess the knowledge, skills, and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming.
  • Articulates problems, bring the right people together to solve problems and know when the problem has been properly addressed and closed.
  • Communicates to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues.
  • Proactively follows escalation and change control processes.
  • Distil complex information and present in concise terms to inform decision making and to enable direction & issue resolution.

Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
  • Knowledge and understanding of Capital Market , Liquidity Risk Management and regulatory impact including but not restricted - LCR, FR 2052a, RLAP, etc.
  • Proficiency in creating, clarifying, and updating Business requirement , Functional specification documents.
  • Excellent liaison, communication (verbal and written), conflict resolution, change management , document and report writing skills.
  • Provides expertise in area and a strong level of understanding of the principles of IT project management and delivery. Strong Understanding of the SDLC , familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodology.
  • Strong understanding of liquidity risk management and reporting, enabling the individual to understand complex and interconnected business requirements so to play a role in the ongoing management & coordination of execution plans.
  • Demonstrable and comprehensive experience in stakeholder management involving stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage and collaborate with users to review User Acceptance Testing outcome and successfully obtain sign off.
  • Experience working in ETL Projects, with multiple upstream and downstream systems defining the mapping requirement for implementation.
  • Aptitude to understand technology architecture and work with various partners for configuring strategically aligned solutions.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office ( Excel , Word , Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using excel to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL, Tableau and Python.
  • Know-how of SQL is must to understand data mapping across source and target systems.
  • Understanding of data governance, reference data, and data capabilities needed for a robust data program in support of business objectives.
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence , and wiki.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks, changing priorities and monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement change.
  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
  • Must have skills:
  • Working knowledge of Capital Markets, Banking Risk and Stress Testing

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
