Role Overview:

The Operations Intermediate Analyst provides support to the Stockloan Trading Desk, ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely manner, resolving incorrect bookings due to any discrepancies when needed and liaising with other operation groups.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with other Stockloan teams globally, sharing knowledge and providing guidance and assistance.

• Resolve issues and escalate as needed; recommend solutions to resolve complex issues

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made whilst adhering to the appropriate policies and legislation

• Utilise systems in conjunction with professional judgement to identify inefficiencies and make process improvement recommendations

• Serve as analytical, tester or procedural expert for securities processing deliverables/initiatives.

What we’ll need from you:

• Previous experience preferred

• Experience using Microsoft Packages

• Strong risk management and control mindset

• Excellent communicator, good problem solver, results orientated.

• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

Successful candidates will attend a two week Market Operations Training Academy if required.
