As a Fire Field ServiceProfessional here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providingfield service support for our customers fire protection systems. You will be apart of a team of field service professionals, ensuring the successfulexecution of service activities and the delivery of high-quality customerservice solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functionalteams to develop and execute service plans, ensuring that all customerrequirements are met. You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor,and you'll work out of our Cleveland, Ohio location on a Monday through Fridaywork schedule with On Call responsibilities on a rotating basis. This is a physically demanding position and will be lifting 35 ft fire poles overhead for extended periods of time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a part of a team of field service professionals to provide fire protection system support.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Passion for working in the Fire Life Safety field.
- Ohio fire license
- NICET II or working towards achieving
- Working knowledge of Notifier
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in field service of fire protection systems.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fire protection technologies
- Strong knowledge of computers, programming, component replacement
- Willing to work in a physically demanding role, will be lifting 35-foot fire poles overhead for extended periods of time
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
