HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • Foster a culture of user-centred design across the organization
  • Be responsible for teams of innovative managers, designers and developers that will create industry leading front end solutions to meet the market requirements and technology changes of todays networking professional
  • Oversee the development of core UX/UI components for our network management products
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of coded artifacts used throughout our decision-making platforms
  • Lead a team of UX researchers to apply design thinking techniques to conduct and analyze user research to inform product strategy and design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX/UI initiatives with business goals and technical constraints
  • Manage and mentor a team of UX/UI designers and developers
  • Develop and implement UX/UI strategies that improve user satisfaction and product efficiency
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across product
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating intuitive interfaces for complex systems
  • Proficiency in managing teams with modern UX/UI software such as Figma, Sketch, MIRO and other relevant prototyping tools
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies
  • Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Master’s or bachelor's degree in UX, or related design fields
  • A proven track record of leading a team to deliver innovative, user-centred solutions
  • Experience with AI
  • Hands-on experience with agile UX design practices
