The role includes:
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Conduct in-depth analysis of salesdata, including customer behavior, sales trends, product performance, andmarket dynamics. Develop and maintain complex data models to extract insightsand identify patterns using statistical techniques and machine learningalgorithms.
- Conduct SIP Process critical for payments to seller.
- AI Integration and Automation: Explore and apply AI techniques,including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictiveanalytics, to enhance sales analytics capabilities. Develop algorithms andmodels to automate repetitive tasks, improve sales forecasting accuracy, andprovide insights to commercial leaders.
- Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicatesales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management. Supportthe design and development of data visualizations, charts, and dashboards usingtools like Salesforce CRMA, Tableau, Power BI.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance against targets andobjectives. Identify areas of improvement and deploy capabilities to enableaction plan to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with commercial excellenceteams, marketing, finance, and other departments to foster collaboration andalignment. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders,providing guidance and support to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques,and best practices in sales analysis. Seek opportunities for professionaldevelopment and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance analyticalcapabilities.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with sales data sources andstructures.
- 5+ years’ experience in an analytics role
- 3+ years’ experience with data visualization tools (E.g. Tableau, PowerBI,CRMA)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for datamanipulation and analysis.
