In this role, you will:

• Quote markets to customers/marketers in EM FX and Rates products, including NDFs, FX Swaps, XCCY and linear rates.

• Maintain accurate pricing curves and generate consistent profitability while managing risk prudently and adhering to all risk mandates.

• Develop and implement EMFX trading strategy in line with the global FX business plans to grow its revenue base.

• Identify growth areas for the current platform and proactively drive the platform buildout through further product set-up, curve development, and hedging opportunities.

• Deliver financial results and market share of our client franchise.

• Partner with the Global Sales team to develop and grow our current client base and to develop strong partnership with our clients.

• Work with other Trading Desks across locations to accurately and efficiently disseminate market relevant information.

• Improve trading desk infrastructure by leveraging in-house technology and optimize electronic trading across Asia/Europe/US.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Securities Trading, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in sciences or finance, although post-graduate degree is preferred

• Previous experience in FX markets is required, previous knowledge of Emerging Markets and FX/Rates trading systems is an advantage

• Strong analytical/technical skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel/VBA is required. Further coding skills/experience would be an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
