Job responsibilities

  • Leads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
  • Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
  • Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions
  • Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
  • Serve as a leader on the Client Solution Architecture team and within the broader Healthcare Payments organization, guiding the continued growth and development of solutions and driving internal process improvements
  • Support on-site customer sales meetings as required, up to 20%

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of products
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain
  • Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
  • Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
  • Extensive experience in healthcare or payments industry in a technical client-facing role (e.g., consulting, product delivery, enterprise implementation)
  • Excellent analytical strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex healthcare payments concepts clearly to varied audiences
  • Demonstrated curiosity and tenacity for solving complex business problems through technology
  • Effective at managing expectations, time, priorities and getting things done

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with patient accounting systems, revenue cycle solutions, or claims management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
