Job Summary:
The role will provide HR partnering and operational support including onboarding support, people data analysis and reporting, learning, mobility, remuneration, and career and performance guidance to the Managed Services Growth Centre (MSGC), Asia-Pacific.

The Talent Consultant, MSGC, will be required to build relationships and work in an integrated way with stakeholders and Talent colleagues in-country and in Talent shared services to deliver work. To be successful they will require a strong working knowledge of EY Talent systems and networks, be able to work with confidential and sensitive information, and inspire trust
with senior stakeholders. The individual may also be called on to support the Asia-Pacific MSGC talent leader in providing consultative support, and in the planning and delivery of MSGC specific strategic talent activities.


Essential Functions of the Job:
Responsibilities:

  • Business partnering & operational support
    • Key contact for leaders on administering Talent processes, such as Core HR, counselling support, performance review and career advice
    • Provide consultative support where required to MSGC network members
    • Produce and distribute relevant communications to the business in support of Talent or Firmwide initiatives (e.g.
    • Pulse, LEAD), including preparing communications on behalf of leaders to be sent to targeted groups
    • Act as an intermediary between the MSCG team leaders and other areas of Talent, including the People Team, TST and Mobility, to deliver on key processes such as transfer processes, visa and relocation assistance, and following up on requests to ensure timely and effective delivery
    • Where required, represent MSGC at Asia-Pacific or global talent design sessions (e.g. where APAC MSGC has been invited to co-develop or input to Talent processes or programs)
  • Talent Reporting & Data needs:
    • Production of regular reporting requirements e.g. onboarding, attrition, exit interviews, diversity and inclusion, mobility, and other talent metrics. Provide analysis and insights for presentation to leaders
    • Use the available reports to perform regular checks and administer corrections on key Talent related frameworks to support MSGC leaders with people management
    • Production of bespoke reporting on requests, such as recruiting and onboarding analyses, or completion rates for learning and development courses
    • Support staff year-end and LEAD and compensation review processes
    • Support the EY People Pulse delivery within the MSGC including review and analysis of results. Facilitate discussions with leaders on the results and improvement areas
  • General Talent support
    • Support ad hoc Talent processes unique to MSGC
    • Help design and deliver on projects related to MSCG Asia-Pacific priorities

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience:

  • Experience working in HR or related field
  • Experience working in a matrixed organizational structure
  • Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs • Working in international and diverse environments
