Responsibilities

Support in-depth financial, trending analysis, and variances for the HPS ISC metrics. Interpret results and articulate actionable recommendations to meet the SBG’s goals of cost efficiency, productivity and working capital improvement

Partner with HPS ISC leads and ISC Finance leads to analyze results and drive analytical insights and solutioning

Establish relevant KPIs and performance drivers and analyze performance with improvement recommendations

Education and Certifications

Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Master’s Degree in Finance, or Business Administration
Required Experience 6+ years of overall finance experience

Strategic Partner with Supply Chain Leads, GBE CFOs and Functional leaders to define overall Goals & Objectives for the GBE Supply Chain organization and drive execution. Supply chain experience Finance & Operations.

Exposure to Tools like Tableau, CXO Cockpit, Power BI etc

Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW and Hyperion

The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues and to make consistent, timely decisions

Strong cross functional and peer influencing skills.
