The successful candidate for this role is a hyper-organized professional with excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable in a fast-paced / collaborative environment. The candidate will triage incoming bugs, analyze logs, help determine priority of problems and facilitate discussions to set release expectations, all while identifying emerging trends across the reported issues. The candidate will also develop and maintain scripts to automate the core functions of the screening and triaging process.

• Drive cross-functional meetings to bring clarity on next steps for outstanding issues

• Implement and maintain processes that ensure a smooth release convergence

• Find a path to solutions when others need support

• Invent new automations and procedures to increase efficiency in the overall process

• Detailed oriented with strong analytical and debugging skills

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), working with teams across multiple time zones

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

• Strong in Python programming and scripting.

• Strong knowledge of version control GIT.

• Hands-on experience on DevOps/CI tools like Jenkins is desirable

• Good aptitude and problem-solving skills are desired for quick understanding of build systems with interface versions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to co-ordinate across stakeholders and drive towards task completion.
